TM perkenal mybizpoint, sasar 5,000 PKS

KUALA LUMPUR 3 Jun - Telekom Malaysia Bhd. (TM) hari ini memperkenalkan portal perniagaan untuk pengusaha kecil dan sederhana (PKS) dikenali sebagai mybizpoint yang dijangka disertai oleh 5,000 PKS sehingga akhir tahun ini.

mybizpoint terbuka kepada semua 470,000 PKS berdaftar selain syarikat-syarikat antarabangsa.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulannya, Datuk Zamzamzairani Mohd. Isa berkata, setakat ini pihaknya mempunyai 30 syarikat PKS yang sudah menyertai mybizpoint.

Beliau berkata, 30 syarikat PKS berkenaan dijangka memperluaskan rangkaian mybizpoint kepada pembekal dan pengedar produk di seluruh negara.

Zamzamzairani berkata, mybizpoint merupakan langkah sokongan TM terhadap para pelanggannya yang menggunakan laluan pembayaran secara internet.

Jelasnya, pengenalannya merupakan waktu yang tepat dan menjimatkan kos perniagaan kerana setiap syarikat tidak perlu mempunyai pegawai pemasaran masing-masing.

Beliau berkata, para peniaga yang menyertai mybizpoint turut dikenakan bayaran secara tahunan iaitu RM450 setahun.

''Ini merupakan salah satu perniagaan kepada perniagaan (B to B) dan ia akan diperluaskan kepada perniagaan kepada pengguna (B to C) dan pengguna untuk pengguna (C to C) tidak lama lagi,'' katanya selepas menghadiri majlis pelancaran portal perniagaan, mybizpoint yang disempurnakan oleh Timbalan Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin di sini hari ini.

Mybizpoint merupakan enjin dagangan yang memadankan perniagaan kepada perniagaan secara automatik dalam portal mybizpoint.

Ketika ditanya objektif memperkenalkan produk baru tersebut, Zamzamzairani menambah, ia merupakan satu platform TM untuk menambah nilai perkhidmatan sedia.

Beliau berkata, mana-mana syarikat boleh mendaftar perniagaan masing-masing secara dalam talian iaitu menggunakan laman web.

Mengenai kaedah pembayaran yang diperkenalkan melalui mybizpoint, Zamzamzairani berkata, pihaknya menawarkan perkhidmatan kad kredit dan pemindahan wang dari bank.

''Kami sedang mengkaji dan akan merperluaskan lagi kaedah dan keupayaan pembayaran dan urus niaga yang dijalankan di dalam mybizpoint,'' tambah beliau.

Kursus Induksi Kenaikan Pangkat Siri 3/09

3 & 4 Jun 2009 - Human Capital SSO Negeri Sembilan bersama TM Training Centre telah mengadakan kursus Induksi Kenaikan Pangkat siri 3/09, merupakan kursus siri terakhir penyelia seramai 30 orang dari pelbagai unit, bertempat di Bilik Mesyuarat Utama, Seremban.

Kursus dirasmikan oleh Yang Berusaha En. Zaini Ismail Pengurus Kewangan, mewakili Pengurus Besar TM Negeri Sembilan , diiringi oleh En. Mohd Ghani Agus Pengurus HC SSO N.Sembilan serta turut bersama En.Mohd Poad Dabus Naib Pengerusi NUTE N.Sembilan dan tenaga pengajar Tn.Hj Abdullah Jamil dari TMTC, Melaka.

Train Track and Children

The story given here is quite interesting and really gives us an insight into DECISION MAKING.

A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other disused. Only one child played on the disused track, the rest on the operational track.

The train came, and you were just beside the track interchange.It was not possible to stop the train but You could make the train change its course to the disused track and saved most of the kids.

Which one will you choose?

However, that would also mean the lone child playing by the disused track would be sacrificed. Or would you rather let the train go its way?

Let's take a pause to think what kind of decision we could make................

Most people might choose to divert the course of the train, and sacrifice only one child. To save most of the children at the expense of only one child was rational decision most people would make, morally and emotionally.

But, have you ever thought that the child choosing to play on the disused track had in fact made the right decision to play at a safe place?

Nevertheless, he had to be sacrificed because of his ignorant friends who chose to play where the danger was.

To make the proper decision is not try to change the course of the train because the kids playing on the operational track should have known very well that track was still in use, and that they should have run away if they heard the train's sirens.

If the train was diverted, that lone child would definitely die because he never thought the train could come over to that track! Moreover, that track was not in use probably because it was not safe.

If the train was diverted to the track, we could put the lives of all passengers on board at stake! And in your attempt to save a few kids by sacrificing one child, you might end up sacrificing hundreds of people to save these few kids

While we are all aware that life is full of tough decisions that need to be made, we may not realize that hasty decisions may not always be the right one. "Remember that what's right isn't always popular... and what's popular isn't always right."

2. Review and stick to the agenda

3. Volunteer or assign minutes taker (if appropriate)‏

4. Assign and agree on responsibilities and establish target dates for completion

A Wise Camel

A mother and a baby camel were lazing around, and suddenly the baby camel asked....

Baby: Mother, mother, may I ask you some questions?

Mother: Sure! Why son, is there something bothering you?

Baby: Why do camels have humps?

Mother: Well son, we are desert animals, we need the humps to store water and we are known to survive without water.

Baby: Okay, then why are our legs long and our feet rounded?

Mother: Son, obviously they are meant for walking in the desert, You know with these legs I can move around the desert better than anyone does! Said the mother proudly.

Baby: Okay, then why are our eyelashes long? Sometimes it bothers my sight.

Mother: My son, those long thick eyelashes are your protective cover. They help to protect your eyes from the desert sand and wind. Said mother camel with eyes rimming with pride....

Baby: I see. So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert, the legs are for walking through the desert and these eyelashes protect my eyes from the desert... Then what the hell are we doing here in the Zzzoooooo!
